Replacement and Cancellation

General Conduct

RainbowArts promotes a respectful, creative, and safe environment. Any form of inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior—direct or indirect—towards any person or associate of RainbowArts may result in refusal of service, cancellation of orders, or any further necessary action.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation or before shipping, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any condition.

  • If a customer refuses delivery after dispatch, standard shipping and handling terms will apply.

  • A flat 2% cancellation fee will be charged on the MRP (not the discounted price or invoice value).

  • Refunds (after deduction of the cancellation fee) will be processed within 7 business working days. Actual bank credit times may vary.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.

Return & Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, we understand issues can arise and we offer a free replacement under the following valid circumstances:

Eligible for Replacement:

  • Wrong item received

  • Quality or manufacturing defect

  • Product damaged during shipping

Replacement Terms & Conditions

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for replacement.

  • Unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory for all damage or defect claims. Repacking video is also required if the item needs to be returned.

  • Natural variations in glaze, color, texture, or minor imperfections in handmade ceramics are not considered defects.

  • Requests based on preferences like shape, size, color, or visual expectations cannot be accepted.

  • For orders with multiple items, the decision to replace a part or the full order is at the discretion of RainbowArts.

  • Replacements will be processed only after the original item is returned and inspected.

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging. If improper packaging leads to damage during return transit, the replacement claim will be void.

  • Items purchased from sources other than rainbowarts.shop are not eligible for replacement.

  • Any modification or alteration of the product voids the replacement guarantee.
