Shipping and Delivery

At Rainbow Arts, we’re committed to creating a respectful, positive experience for all. Any form of inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour—towards our team, artisans, or service providers—will not be tolerated. Such conduct may lead to order cancellations or denial of service.

Packaging Policy

All Rainbow Arts products, including our ceramic serveware, decor pieces, and gift hampers, are carefully packed to ensure safe transit. We use quality protective materials suitable for fragile items like ceramics.

  • While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, Rainbow Arts will not be liable for any damage that may occur during transit by third-party logistics providers.

  • For special packaging requests (gift boxes, personalized wrapping, etc.), or where we feel extra protection is necessary, additional packaging charges may apply. Such decisions remain at the discretion of Rainbow Arts.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are usually shipped within 7–14 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

  • Logistics: We partner with reliable third-party courier services for nationwide delivery.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check the delivery address while placing your order. Changes cannot be made once the order is shipped. Pre-shipment changes may be accepted upon written request and company approval.

  • Delivery to Residences:

    • For ground-floor premises, doorstep delivery is available.

    • For multi-story buildings, delivery will be made to the ground-floor lobby or security area. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the product to higher floors.

  • Handling Fragile Products: Our ceramics are delicate. Please handle with care upon arrival. If your order includes DIY decor sets or items requiring minor assembly, instructions will be included.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to accept the delivery without a valid reason, RainbowArts reserves the right to forfeit any advance payments made.

Important Notes

  • Product images and descriptions are meant for representation only. As all our items are handcrafted, slight variations in shape, color, glaze, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects but are part of the beauty of artisanal work.

  • Minor wear or dents on outer packaging due to shipping are normal and not considered damage unless the product inside is broken.
